$OC is a utility token that funds and powers the acquisition and stewardship of one-of-one Fragment @Name collectibles on Telegram (1B+ users), reserving them for their rightful IP owners—world-class individuals, global brands, and institutions

## How?

## Two-Stage Model

* **Stage 1 — Acquire, Vault, Reveal:**&#x20;
  * Establish the multi-sig, on-chain $OC Vault i.e. The Chill Gallery, powered by $OC. Hold in your hand, View at your convenience.&#x20;
  * Offer $OC or $TON to early Fragment Collectible @Username NFT holders. Acquire and transfer @Names into the $OC Vault to prove custody.
  * Publicly signal that each @Name is reserved solely for the verified IP owner (e.g., @TaylorSwift reserved only for Taylor Swift or her authorized agent).
* **Stage 2 — Verification & Lease-To-Own ("LTO"):**&#x20;
  * Operate a dedicated leasing platform and team to verify rights, onboard IP owners, and enable Lease-to-Own.
  * Let verified owners activate (and ultimately own) their official @Name within Telegram’s 1B+ user ecosystem.
  * Payment Currency: All leases payable in $OC or equivalent payment method.

## OUTCOME

* **Price Discovery & Rewards:** $OC functions as the market’s price-discovery tool for early @Name holders. Early (and current) holders can realize fair payouts through $OC sales—or continue holding $OC for long-term upside.&#x20;
* **Onboarding Engine:** IP owners come through the Lease-to-Own platform, which serves as the primary onboarding engine for brands, celebrities, and institutions.
