**Acquire and reserve Fragment Collectible @Names for their rightful IP owners; operate a simple, secure lease-to-own platform; and settle every activation and leasing in $OC with full on-chain proof.**

We will:

1. **Reserve**: Build and maintain a finest Vault of @Names, reserved *exclusively* for verified IP owners.
2. **Verify**: Run a rigorous authorization flow (identity, IP rights, attestations) to prevent impersonation.
3. **Lease-to-Own**: Provide a clean and simple Lease-to-Own experience for rightful IP Owner: Verify → Sign → Lease in **$OC** → Transfer Ownership on Maturity Date
4. **Vault Transparency** : Publish transparent and on-chain records for @Name acquisition, activation on official channels.
5. **Support**: Onboard IP owners into the Telegram × TON stack with industrial best-practices.
