# Lease Pricing Framework

## A. **Pricing Guidelines**

Our tiered-pricing model is designed to balance fairness, accessibility, and brand value with full transparency

* **Base Annual Rate (BAR):** a reference price in $OC for a standard mid-tier @Name.
* **Tier Multiplier (TM):**
 * Prime (global icons, Tier-S): 4.0–8.0× BAR
 * Core (major brands/figures, Tier-A): 2.0–4.0× BAR
 * Standard (recognizable names, Tier-B): 1.0–2.0× BAR
* **Demand Modifier (DM):** 0.8–1.5 based on inbound requests, traffic, and platform metrics.
* **Risk/Complexity Modifier (RCM):** 0.8–1.3 for edge cases (homonyms, legal complexity, support burden).

**Formula (illustrative):**\
**Annual Lease in $OC = BAR × TM × DM × RCM**

**Examples (illustrative only):**

* **Tier-S:** @TaylorSwift → BAR 100k $OC × 5.0 × 1.3 × 1.0 = **650k $OC / year**
* **Tier-A:** @Cartier → 100k × 3.0 × 1.1 × 1.0 = **330k $OC / year**
* **Tier-B:** @TheScream → 100k × 1.5 × 1.0 × 1.0 = **150k $OC / year**

> Final rates are quoted in $OC at time of contracting. First-year discounts, activations, or service bundles may apply.

## B. IP Verification & Onboarding

**Verification Evidence (examples):**

* Trademark/registration or official identity documentation.
* Signed letter of authorization from the rights holder or agent.
* Cross-verified control of official domains/accounts (DNS TXT record, verified socials, or notarized attestation).

**Onboarding Steps:**

1\) Identity & IP Rights verification

2\) Lease Quotation & Annual Lease Agreement Signing

3\) $OC payment & @Name activation support
